David Karp paced his office frantically. What could he possibly do? Missing e was taking over; he couldn’t let those little bloggers out from under his thumb. Something had to change. Something bold. As those words flashed through his mind, he was struck by a brilliant idea. He picked up his phone and dialed the number for his lead designer.
“Hello? Yeah? I just had the greatest idea ever: make quotes bold.”
Karp sat down in his chair and leaned back, satisfied with himself. He stared out his window at a neighbouring skyscraper. A new era of tumblr had arrived.
